摘要 二维斑点追踪显像(Speckle Tracking Imaging,STI)技术是最新发展的技术,它通过追踪二维超声图像上的斑点获得心肌的组织速度、位移、应变、应变率来分析心肌的运动,检测局部和整体心肌的功能,无角度依赖性。它可以早期诊断高血压、冠心病、糖尿病等疾病所引起的心脏功能及结构的改变,在临床上具有重要的意义。 Speckle tracking imaging is the latest technology,which can obtain the myocardial tissue velocity,displacement,strain and strain rate by tracking the spots on two-dimensional ultrasound images for analyzing myocardial velocity and detecting the part and holistic myocardial function without angle dependence.It plays a significant role in diagnosing the changes of heart structure and function causing by hypertension,coronary heart disease and diabetes mellitus and so on.
