摘要
目的艾滋病与丙型病毒性肝炎(HCV)均为重要公共卫生问题,本文从文献计量分析角度对HIV/HCV双重感染的主要研究热点问题、发文量、分布及研究热点的变化趋势等方面进行了综述,旨在为相关研究提供参考依据。方法对2002~2011年PubMed数据库收录的相关文献进行计量分析,利用SPSS统计分析软件对HIV/HCV双重感染相关高频主题词进行通篇聚类分析并绘制聚类关系图。结果聚类分析显示国际相关研究热点主要集中在HIV/HCV并发症的药物治疗、遗传学/病毒学研究、免疫学研究、HCV的诊断技术研究、流行病学研究,预防与控制。2002~2006年间研究侧重于HIV/HCV的治疗、其作用和血源性感染,2007~2011年间研究主题热点侧重于病毒学、免疫学和药理学等基础研究。结论近10年HIV/HCV相关研究的热点主要集中在以相关并发症的药物治疗为主的6个主要方面,但最新研究主题热点开始偏向病毒学、免疫学和药理学等相关基础研究,需加强关注。
Objective To analyze and reveal the researching hot topics, study trend, distribution of worldwide published articles correlated with HIV/AIDS and HCV co - infection study, and provide information for related studies in China. Methods This study analyzed the number and trend of PubMed database adopted HIV/HCV related articles during 2002 - 2011 by literature quantitative analysis method. SPSS statistical software was used to cluster high frequent key words of published articles, and clustering relationship pieture was drawn. Results Totally 5894 HIV/HCV related articles were retrieved, and there were 33 related high frequency key words. Hot topic.s were clustered into 6 fields, including HIV/HCV co- infection related drug treatment, genetics/Virology Research, immunology, epidemiological study, diseased prevention and control. Researche focused on HIV/HCV co - infection treatment/side effects, blood route transmission, etc. during 2002 - 2006, while during 2007 - 2011 its focus turned to research of basic science, such as virology, immunology and pharmacology research. Conclusion Worldwide studies on HIV/HCV in recent 10 years mainly focused on six main aspects with HIV/HCV drug treatment and complications being its main hot topic, but new research hot topics turned to HIV/HCV related basic sience study in recent 5 years.
