摘要
介绍一种用于远程、大量容、长波长光纤通信系统的较理想的光电探测器——InGaAs/InGaAsP/InP SAGM-APD 的优化设计、制造及其特性。
This paper introduces high performance InGaAs/InGaAsP/InP SAGM APD fos long distance,large capacity and long-wavelength,optic fiber communica- tion.The optimization design,fabrication and its properties of this APD are presented.
