摘要
目的:探讨锥形束CT(Cone beam computed tomography,CBCT)运用于口腔种植的成像要点及第三方软件Simplant软件的手术模拟功能的实现方式。方法:对经临床筛选的5例下颌后牙种植患者使用CBCT成像,测量种植区牙槽嵴颊舌向牙槽嵴宽度(H1)、牙槽嵴顶至下颌神经管上壁的高度(H2),并对种植部位下颌神经管颊舌向位置进行评估。使用Simplant软件对口腔种植的种植体、基台、种植修复体、种植体承受的侧向应力、种植体周围骨密度进行模拟计算。结果:5例后牙种植患者,H1在9.9~12.0mm之间,H2在8.8~15.5mm之间,下颌神经管由后向前走行,越近磨牙后方越靠近舌侧。5例患者均参照手术模拟的结果行种植手术,术后6个月随访无种植体失败。结论:CBCT对种植区可进行精确的三维术前评估,结合第三方软件Simplant的手术模拟功能可使种植过程更加简便可控。
Objective: To study the Cone beam computed tomography(CBCT) and Simplant software in simulated surgery of dental implant. Methods: 5 mandibular cases were used the CBCT scanning, the buccolingual width at the alveolar crest(H1), the distance from the alveolar crest to the superior edge of the mandibular nerve canal (H2) and buccolingual location for mandibular nerve canal was evaluated. Simplant software was used to stimulate the implant process, including the oral implant, abutment, restorative, forces and bone mineral density. Results: Five implant cases of mandibular posterior teeth were studied.. H1 was between 9.9-12.0mm, and H2 was between 8.8-15.5mm, the mandibular nerve canal was more lingual at the molar region than the premc4ar region. Conclusion: CBCT was accurate for three-dimensional preoperative assessment, and combined with the third-party software Simplant the implant process was more easy and controllable.
