摘要
分析了镁合金轮毂铸件裂纹形成的机制,讨论了反挤压铸造工艺对轮毂铸件裂纹的影响。结果表明,减少裂纹获得优良镁合金轮毂铸件的反挤压铸造成形工艺参数如下:保压时间为20~25s,浇注温度为680℃,模具温度为240℃,充型速度为60mm/s,压射比压为85MPa。在合金成分和铸件形状不变的情况下,通过调整反挤压铸造工艺参数,可以显著减少裂纹的产生。
The formation mechanism of hot crack in magnesium alloy wheel was analyzed, and effects of indirect squeezing casting on hot crack were investigated. The results show that squeezing casting magnesium alloy wheel exhibits desirable properties with crack free when it is poured at 680 ℃ for 20~25 s and filled at 60 mm/s with pressure of 85MPa and preheating temperature of 240 ℃ o The hot crack can be reduced significantly through adjusting indirect squeezing processing parameters at a fixed chemical composition and shape structure.
