摘要
目的探讨日间康复照料对社区康复期精神病患者的康复疗效。方法将符合标准的80例日间康复照料站的康复期精神病患者随机分成干预组和对照组,在药物维持治疗的基础上,干预组给予相关行为干预,对照组仅给予一般的社区随访和疾病指导。并采用相关问卷和量表对两组患者相关信息进行统计分析。结果干预前,两组间相关项目均无差异;干预后,干预组ADL、SDSS、BPRS和MRSS量表部分项目评分低于对照组。结论日间康复照料能改善康复期精神病患者的精神症状和生活技能。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of rehabilitation phase schizophrenic patients with day-rehabiliation skills training model. METHODS 80 patients with day-rehabilitation care recovering from rehabilitation phase schizophrenic patients stations were randomly divided into intervention group and control group, In drug treatment on the basis of, The intervention group give related behavior intervention, only give the general control group follow-up and disease guidance, and adopt the relevant questionnaires and scales to intervene before and after the intervention of two groups of patients for 12 months to collect relevant information for statistical analaysis. RESULTS Intervention in the former, two groups had no statistically significant difference between the related projects.After the intervention, the intervention group some of the projects ADL scale score, SDSS scale score BPRS scale score, MRSS score lower than the control group. CONCLUSION Day-rehabilitation training can improve the rehabilitation of psychiatric patients in the psychiatric symptoms and life skills.
