摘要
目的:探讨日间康复的训练模式对于精神分裂症患者的疗效。方法:31个精神分裂症患者进行了3个月的日间康复训练模式(8个模块的训练)。在训练前、后进行了相应模块的评估和PSP量表的评定,并进行比较研究。结果:患者们康复训练后的评估分比训练前显著提高(P<0.001)。结论:日间康复的训练模式能提高精神分裂症患者的生活技能。
Objective：To investigate the effect of schizophrenia patients with day- rehabilitation skills training model. Meth- ods ：31 patients with schizophrenia accepted a 3 - month of day - rehabilitation training model （ eight fields）. We assessed the patients before and after training model accordingly and PSP scale, then made comparative studies, Results： The evaluation scores of patients after rehabilitation training were significantly increased （ P 〈 0.001 ） than before it. Conclusions： Day - rehabilitation training model in patients with schizophrenia have an improvement of life skill.
