摘要
数字资源价值测度是进行数字资源生命周期测度和管理的重要组成部分,本文分别通过对基于决策的、基于价值构成的、基于模糊评价的、基于用户满意度的、基于注意力的和IBM的信息价值测度方法进行了研究,以期探索数字资源测度的方案。
Digital resource value measurement is an important part of the measurement and management of the digital resources lifecycle. This paper aims to explore the plan for digital resources measurement by examining information value measurement methods based on decision-making, value elements, vague evaluation, user satisfaction, attention and IBM.
