Experimental Demonstration of the Principle of Superposition in Silicon photo cells

摘要 在分析硅光电池的电特性时,一般认为光生电压等效于无光照时PN结的正向偏压,即有叠加原理成立。但未见有人对此作过实验验证,本文报道了对三种不同的硅光电池的测量结果,证明叠加原理基本是正确的,但也存在一些问题需要进一步研究。 It is common knowledge that while analysing the electrical Charac- teristics of Si photocells,the output photoeurrent is equivalent to the dif- ference between the photo current and the positive current bias of PN junction. without illumination.That is the principle of superposition.However,it seems that no experimental demonstration of this principle has ever been reported. In this paepr the measuring results of three kinds of different photocells are presented which show that the principle of superposition is basically correct, with some of problems needed to be further studied.
