为了指导光电池的研究和制造,本文从理论和实验角度,论证了以下三个问题:1.结型半导体电源,2.光电池电动势,3.太阳能电池三基本实验。
In order to guide research and manufacture of optical cell,following problems are demonstrated from theories and expperiments:1.Cell of the junction type scmiconductor.2.Electromotive force of optical cell.3.Three basal experiments for solar cell.
