摘要
本文介绍一种新型超薄有机膜的制备技术以及该薄膜在光电器件方面的应用。报导了光敏管的制作工艺和其主要特性。
Preparation of novel ultrathin organic films and their appli- cations in optoelectronics are reviewed. Fabrication technology and the characteristics of photocells are also described.
