摘要
用比较法研究了20个香菇菌株菌丝和子实体在高温下的生长状况。结果表明:香菇菌丝在30℃下的生长速度明显低于26℃,在35℃下生长停止,但不死亡。香菇高温型菌株子实体发生温度范围为20~33℃,但产量主要集中在20~28℃,在30-33℃范围内子实体发生量少。适合夏季栽培的香菇菌株有L16、Cr04、申香2号、武香1号和L973。
Twenty strains of Lentinula edodes were used in the study in order to compare their growth rates of mycelia and fruitbodies at high temperature. The results showed the mycelium growth rates of all strains at 30 ℃ are remarkably lower than those at 26℃. Mycelia stop growth but not die at 35 ℃ . The fruitbodies of high temperature type strains are formed at 20 ~ 331, high yields are obtained at 20 ~ 28℃, and few fruitbodies are formed at 30 ~ 331. The strains suitable for summer cultivation are L16, Cr04, Shenxiane2, Wuxiancl and L973.
