摘要
专业人员制度是现代图书馆管理的一个重要组成部分。我国大陆公共图书馆专业人员的职称制度和台湾地区公共图书馆专业人员的职阶等级制度在评聘雇等方面有很大的不同,二者各有利弊。改进和完善现行的专业人员制度,才能促进公共图书馆事业的发展。
Professional personnel system is an important part Of the modern library management. China public library professional title system and the Taiwan public library professionals rank system in evaluation of employment are very dif- ferent, they have advantages and disadvantages. We should improve and perfect the existing professional personnel system, in order to promote the development of the public library.
