摘要
在图书馆实施职业资格认证制度后,如何处理资格认证制度与现行职称制度的关系,以及现有从业人员的专业技术职称如何向职业资格转化是亟待解决的问题。论文通过对两种制度的介绍比较,对国内学者对两者关系研究观点的分析后认为:在实施图书馆职业资格认证制度后,应取消现行的职称制度。论文还对两者转化过程中的一些具体操作措施提出建议。
After implementing the library qualification certificate system, how to handle the relation between approval procedure of the qualification and current professional title systems, and how the professional title for technical personnel of existing employee transform to the job qualification remain to be problems to be solved urgently. By comparing, introducing the two kinds of systems and analyzing the view of domestic scholar＇s study on the relation, this paper believes that after implementing the job qualification approval procedure of library, we should cancel the current professional title system. Suggestions are put forward on the transformation process too.
