摘要
文章从图书馆学五定律的精神实质出发,结合图书馆的时代特征,演绎出了五定律的新版本,并阐述了如何运用新版五定律对泛在知识环境下的图书馆工作进行理论指导。
Based on the essential attribute of the Five Laws and the time feature of library, this paper deduces the new Five Laws, and exposits bow to apply the new Five Laws for library in ubiquitous knowledge environment.
