摘要
通过运用MEGAWIN12导肌电测试仪,对现阶段我国3名优秀女子铁饼运动员整个投掷技术过程左右对称的8块肌肉进行生物电测试,发现3名运动员在投掷技术的各个阶段中每块肌肉的主要作用、工作的特点、性质及完成的情况,各块肌肉之间的协调用力情况,结合运动学的特点对运动员各个阶段技术表现的特征进行诊断,从肌肉用力的特点研究技能产生的原因,并提出适当的改进建议,进一步认识掷铁饼的技术动作和肌肉工作特点,为科学进行掷铁饼的教学和训练提供一定理论依据和实践参考价值。
With MEGAWIN12 testing, it is test of three excellent female discus athletes of China at the present stage that throwing techniques throughout about the eight symmetrical muscle power to carry out biological tests. It is result that the three athletes in various stages of throwing techniques each muscle in the main role of the characteristics of the work, nature, and the completion of the case, the block co-ordi- nation between muscle strength, the combination of kinematic characteristics of the technical performance of athletes at all stages of the characteristics of the diagnosis, the characteristics of force from the muscle the causes of research skills and make appropriate recommendations for improvement, a better under- standing of the technical discus muscle movements and the work of the characteristics of the discus throw for science teaching and training to provide a theoretical basis and practical reference value.
