摘要
目的:探讨胃十二指肠穿孔手术治疗效果。方法:回顾性分析72例胃十二指肠穿孔患者的手术治疗措施及临床疗效。结果:72例胃十二指肠穿孔患者经手术治疗后半年,无死亡患者。术后并发症6例,经胃镜检查4例溃疡复发,溃疡愈合者68例,治愈率达94.44%。结论:正确的手术方案及综合全面治疗可显著改善胃十二指肠穿孔患者的预后,提高临床救治率。
Objective To explore the effect of operation treatment for gastric and duodenal perforation.Methods A retrospective analysis of 72 eases of gastroduodenal perforation in patients with operation treatment and clinical effect.Results 72 cases of gastroduodenal perforation in patients treated by operation after half a year, no death patients,postoperative complications occurred in 6 cases,endoscopic examination in 4 cases of ulcer recurrence,ulcer healing in 68 cases,the cure rate was 94.44%.Conclusion Correct operation scheme and comprehensive treatment can significantly improve prognosis of patients with acute perforation of stomach and duodenum,improve the clinical cure rate.
