摘要
消化性溃疡穿孔是目前临床上常见的急腹症之一，其发病率及病死率高。诊断和治疗的失误可造成患者生命危险。早期确诊、及时手术、积极抗感染、纠正水和电解质失衡、加强营养是治疗成功的关键。本文就消化性溃疡穿孔诊断与治疗的最新进展予以综述。
Peptic ulcer perforation is the one of surgical abdomens, with high incidence and mortality rate. Misdiagnosis and uncomfortable treatment would do harm to the patients. Earlier diagnosis, promptly operation, active anti-infection, paying attention to retrieve electrolyte imbalance and strengthening nutrition are critical to the successful treatment. This article reviews the progresses of peptic ulcer perforation about its diagnosis and treatment.
