摘要
非煤矿山安全是人、机、物、环、管5者的有机统一,贵州非煤矿山事故发生的原因总的来看不外乎是环境因素(即可能引发事故的地质因素)和人为因素(安全管理因素)。预防和减少贵州非煤矿山安全事故,须加强贵州地质环境灾害治理和非煤矿山的安全管理。
The non-coal mine safety is man, machine, content, ring, tube the organic unity of the five, guizhou non-coal mine the cause of the accident in general is nothing else but environmental factors （which may cause accidents of tile geological factors and human factors （safety management factors）. Prevention and decrease of guizhou non-coal mine safety accidents, must strengthen guizhou geological environment and the non-coal mine disaster management of safety management.
