摘要
针对矿井灾害发生时进入避难硐室的人员身上将携带大量的有毒有害气体,影响硐室内的空气质量的问题,提出了一种基于PLC的有毒气体隔离系统。该系统通过PLC实现了对自动喷淋系统和防爆门空气幕联动系统的自动控制,有效地降低了硐室内有毒气体的含量,提高了整个避难硐室的安全可靠性。
Persons who enter the mine refuge station when mine disasters occur will carry a lot of poisonous gases, thereby influencing the quality of air in the refuse station. To solve this problem, a poisonous gases isolation system based on PLC is put forward. The system uses PLC to achieve automatic control of sprinkler system, explosion-proof doors and air curtain linkage system, effectively reduces the content of poisonous gases in the refuge station and improves the safety and reliability of the mine refuge station.
