摘要
目的评价经皮穿刺瘤内注射联合肝动脉灌注60℃热碘油治疗兔VX2瘤的抑瘤效果。方法将VX2瘤细胞接种于24只新西兰白兔左肝内,随机分为3组,经皮穿刺瘤内注射联合肝动脉灌注60℃热碘油3 ml为联合组,经肝动脉灌注常温25℃碘油3 ml为常温组,经肝动脉灌注化疗药物为对照组。术后10 d计算瘤体坏死率,观察荷瘤兔的存活期及血清AST水平。结果联合组肿瘤的生长率(0.85±0.31)%与对照组(3.16±0.65)%和常温组(1.52±0.36)%相比有显著性差异(P<0.05)。联合组的存活期(48.3±3.0)d与常温组(39.2±2.5)d和对照组(31.5±3.5)d相比有显著性差异(P<0.05);术后10 d血清AST,联合组与常温组及对照组相比无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论经皮穿刺瘤内注射联合肝动脉灌注60℃热碘油治疗兔VX2瘤较单纯肝动脉栓塞或化疗更有效,能降低肿瘤生长率,延长存活时间。
Objective To assess the suppression tumor effect of percutaneous intratumoral injection and hepatic artery perfused heated lipiodol （60 ℃） in treatment of VX2 tumor in rabbits. Methods VX2 tumor cells were vaccinated into left liver of 24 New Zealand white rabbits, and which were divided into 3 groups randomly： combined group received percutaneous intratumoral injection of comhinning hepatic artery perfused 3ml heated lipiodol（60 ℃）, normal group was perfused 3ml normal lipiodol（25 ℃） through hepatic artery, and control group was perfused chemotherapie agents by hepatic artery; the necrosis rate of the tumor was calculated, meanwhile, the survival period and AST level of blood serum were observed 10 days after the operation. Results Compared with control group（3.16±0.65） and normal group（1.52±0.36）, the tumorous growth rate of combined group had significant differences （P〈0.05）. And the survival period of combined group （48.3±3.0） was different obviously （P〈0.05） from control group （39.2±2.5） and normal group （39.2±2.5）. The AST level of blood serum of the 3 groups did not have marked differences （P〉0.05） 10 days after the operation. Conclusion Effect of percutaneous intratumoral injection combined with hepatic artery perfused heated lipiodol （60 ℃） on VX2 tumor in rabbits is better than alone arterial embolism or chemotherapy, and could reduce the growth rate of tumor and prolong the survival time.
