摘要
根据文献合成了酸性皂洗剂马来酸酐丙烯酸(简称马丙)聚合物,并将其应用于棉针织物活性染料染色后的酸性皂洗中。分析了马来酸酐与丙烯酸质量比、马来酸酐丙烯酸聚合物用量、pH调节剂、pH值、洗涤工艺以及活性染料用量和结构对洗涤效果的影响,并将其与常规肥皂洗涤工艺进行了对比。结果表明,马来酸酐:丙烯酸质量比选择为3:7,用三乙醇胺调节其pH值至4.50,对于浅色织物(染料用量3%),马丙聚合物最佳用量为2 g/L;对于深色织物(染料用量7%),马丙聚合物最佳用量为3 g/L;酸性皂洗剂洗涤后,织物K/S值、色泽饱和度以及各项色牢度较高;且工艺流程相比,马丙聚合物酸性皂洗比常规肥皂皂洗可省去3道冷水洗和1道热酸洗。
Synthesized acidic soaping agent maleic anthdride acrylic polymer according to the literature, used it in cotton knitting fabric acidic soaping after reactive dyes dyeing, analyzed the effection of mass ratio between maleic anhydride and acrylic, dosage of maleic anthdride acrylic polymer, pH value regulator, pH value, washing process and dosage of reactive dyes, structure of reactive dyes on soaping process, and compared soaping process using maleic anthdride acrylic polymer soap agent with using regular soap agent. The results show that mass ratio between maleic anhydride and acrylic is better 3:7, with triethanolamine adjusting pH value to 4.50. For light color fabric (the dosage of dyes is 3%) soaping, the dosage of maleic anthdride acrylic polymer used should be 2 g/L; for deep color fabric (the dosage of dyes is 3%), the dosage of maleic anthdride acrylic polymer used should be 3 g/L. Meanwhile, it is found that after acidic soaping using maleic anthdride acrylic polymer, fabric's K/S Value, color saturation and color fastness are all high; compared with the regular soaping process using soap, the acidic soaping process can save 3 times cold bath and 1 time hot acidic bath.
