摘要
从耐碰撞轨道车辆总体设计思想出发,依据国内、外相关的耐碰撞设计规范和准则,结合某型城际动车组,利用显式有限元软件ANSYS/LS-DYNA,建立其头车碰撞的有限元模型,并对碰撞过程进行数值模拟。研究结果表明,该型城际动车组头车的耐碰撞性能满足相关标准的要求。
With overall design ideas for crashworthy car body, referring to domestic and foreign crashworthiness design specifications and guidelines and combining with a certain inter-city EMUs, finite element models of inter-city EMUs head car collision were established by using explicit finite element software ANSYS/LS-DYNA, and numerical simulation of crash process was carried out. The result showed that the crashworthiness of this inter-city EMUs head car was consistent with requirement.
