摘要
目的建立贵州民族药材马兰草高效液相色谱法(HPLC)指纹图谱分析方法。方法采用Diamonsil C18柱,0.5%甲酸-水∶乙腈溶液梯度洗脱,测定了10批马兰草药材的指纹图谱,应用相似度分析和聚类分析方法对药材进行分类,建立指纹图谱共有模式。结果建立了马兰草药材的指纹图谱测定方法及其特征图谱,不同产地药材图谱具有一定差异性。结论马兰草HPLC指纹图谱的建立为药材质量控制提供科学依据。
Objective To establish a HPLC fingerprint analysis for Kalimeris indica （L.） Sch-Bip. Methods The HPLC method was used with Diamonsil C18 column, and a mixture liquid of acetonitrile -0.5% formic acid as mobile phase in a gradient elution. The HPLC fingerprint for 10 batches of Kalimeris indica（ L. ） Sch-Bip was studied on their similarity and cluster. Results The fingerprint detection for Kalimeris indica （L.） Sch-Bip was established and herbs from different areas presented different fingerprints. Conclusion This method is reasonable and reliable for the quality control of Kalimeris indica （ L. ） Sch- Bip.
