摘要
设计了2,4,5-三硝基咪唑铵盐新的合成方法,以4-硝基咪唑为原料,经碘代、硝化得到2,4,5-三硝基咪唑,再与氨水成盐合成了目标化合物,总收率33.3%,并采用质谱、红外光谱等进行了结构表征。利用DSC和TG研究了2,4,5-三硝基咪唑铵盐的热性能,其熔解温度为254.52℃,分解温度为308.31℃,热重变化范围为203.6~399.9℃,总共失重94%。2,4,5-三硝基咪唑铵盐摩擦感度2%,撞击感度为18%,是一种低感炸药。
Ammonium 2,4 ,5-trinitroimidazole was synthesized by a new method, using 4-nitroimidazole as primary materials, followed by iodinaton,nitralysis and salifying with ammonia in yield of 33.3%. The structure was confirmed by MS and IR. Thermal behavior of ammonium 2 ,4,5-trinitroimidazole was studied by DSC and TG,melting and decomposition temperatures are 254.52 ℃ and 308.31 ℃ and the mass loss due to overall reaction (203.6 -399.9 ℃) is 94%. Friction and impact sensitivities are 2% and 18%, respectively,and it was a low sensitivity energetic materials.
