摘要
试验通过测定在不同光照强度的紫外光照射后,浮萍的过氧化氢酶和过氧化物酶活性的大小来探究一下UV-B辐射增强对浮萍过氧化氢酶和过氧化物酶可能产生的影响.实验设置5个辐射强度,结果表明:在辐射梯度范围内,过氧化氢酶符合低促高抑效应;短时间UV-B辐射处理使过氧化物酶(POD)活性减弱,而较长时间紫外辐射处理后POD活性有所增加,并在辐射处理20 h后达到一个峰值,这可认为是浮萍适应UV-B辐射胁迫的一种策略行为,最长辐射时间处理后过氧化物酶活性又明显降低.
The experiments aim to explore the possible effects on catalase and peroxidase by measuring the catalase and peroxidase activities of Lemna minor that exposed to different light intensity of UV-B.The experiments set five radiation intensity,the results indicate that within the scope of different radiation intensity,the catalase activity changed from activation to inhibition with treatment intensity increasing;peroxidase activities tended to decline in the short time treatment,then a little increased,and reached the maximum volume of POD activities,this could be explained to adaptation of Lemna minor on UV-B radiation,and peroxidase activity decreased evidently after the longest time treatment.
