摘要
制备了天麻素糖手性固定相,以正己烷∶异丙醇=90∶10(体积比)为流动相,拆分5种手性药物,分开3种.结果表明,天麻素手性固定相拆分效果较好.
we synthesized the high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) chiral stationary phase of 4-(hydroxymethyl) phenyl-β-D-Glucopyranoside.The 2 kinds of chiral compounds were separated respectively,which showed that the saccharides-based chiral stationary phases possessed the better chiral resolution ability.
