摘要
本文简要介绍了2000年3月在荷兰海牙召开的第二届世界水论坛及部长级会议的背景与情况 ,回顾了国际水资源政策的形成与发展历程 ,总结了当前国际水资源政策的动向和潮流 ,介绍了中国政府代表团对海牙会议的贡献和对世界水资源政策的影响。
This paper introduced the background and situation of the Second World Water Forum and Ministerial Conference held in the Hague,the Netherlands in 17～22 March 2000,reviewed the formation and development of international water resources policy framework,concluded recent trend of this policy framework, described the contribution of Chinese Government Delegation to the Hague Conference and international water resources policy framework.
