摘要
通过对太湖流域水环境安全影响因素的系统分析,借鉴目前较先进的水环境安全评价技术,基于流域水环境系统的"压力-状态-响应"机制,建立了太湖流域水环境安全评价体系,并提出了基于熵值理论和综合指数模型的太湖流域水环境安全评价方法。评价结果表明,2000~2006年流域水环境安全度处于边缘状态,且呈逐年下降趋势。在对评价结果的分析的基础上提出了提升太湖流域水环境安全度的建议。
Based on a systematic analysis of the factors influencing the water environment security of Taihu Lake,the advanced water quality assessment techniques,as well as the "Pressure-State-Response"(PSR) framework,an evaluation system was established for the water environment security of Taihu Lake,and the evaluation methods were put forward based on entropy theory and comprehensive index model.The result showed that water environment security of Taihu Lake basin was in a marginal state and presented an annual decreasing tendency from 2000 to 2006.Finally some countermeasures were proposed to improve water environment security level.
