摘要
当下高职院校思想政治理论教育普遍存在理论脱离实际、吸引力不够、实效性不强这一关乎政治理论教育是否具有生命力的关键问题。针对制约思想政治理论教育实效性的重点和难点问题,高职院校需改革思想政治理论教育的教学内容、教学方式,考评机制等,建立融合职业道德、职业发展和社会交往等方面的思想政治理论教育模式,达到在训练专业技能的同时提高学生可持续发展能力和社会适应能力的教育目的。
The current ideological and political theory education in vocational colleges generally has the following problems which concerns its vitality., the theories discussed are divorced from reality; it is not attractive enough; and its effectiveness is not satisfactory. This paper aims to find solutions to the difficulties restricting the effectiveness o{ ideological and political theory education in vocational colleges, suggesting that vocational colleges reform the teaching content, teaching method and evaluation mechanism of their ideological and political theory education, establishing a new education mode combining the education of occupation morals, occupation development, social communication and other aspects of the ideological and political theory education, so as to enhance students＇ sustainable development ability and social adaptation ability while training their professional skills.
