摘要
近年来,高校青年教师的职业压力问题越来越引起关注,试从高校青年教师职业压力应对角度进行分析,从政府部门方面、高校方面以及教师个人三方面入手,分析高校青年教师职业压力,以期在应对职业压力方面发挥作用。
In recent years, young college teachers＇ occupation stress is attracting more and more attention. This article an- alyzes the young college teachers＇ occupation stress. From the government , the universities and the teachers themselves three aspects, the paper analyzes the young college teachers＇ occupation stress countermeasures in order to make the young teachers to play an important role in response to occupation pressure.
