摘要
回顾针灸学近百年的发展之路,科技的创新与进步贯穿针灸学发展的始终。其中,几个关键技术的创新与应用对针灸学的发展起到了巨大的推动作用。不锈钢针扩大了针灸的临床使用,电针仪提高了针灸的临床疗效,针灸国际化日渐深入,针灸标准化不断加强,针灸研究多层次展开,多学科探究针灸疗效机制。一系列自然科学的新成就、新技术被针灸学所用,大大地提高了针灸的治疗水平和对针灸作用机理以及经络腧穴的认知。科技推动了针灸的飞跃发展,并对传统针灸造成了多角度的冲击,如何保持传统与创新发展,将是我们面临的又一选择。
A review of the development of acupuncture science in the last 100 years shows that scientific and technological innovation and advance ran through the development. The innovation and the application of several key techniques during the process played a huge role in promoting the development of acupuncture science. Stainless steel needles broadened the clinical application of acupuncture. Electroacupuncture devices improved the clinical therapeutic effect of acupuncture. Acupuncture was increasingly internationalized. Acupuncture standardization was continually intensified. Multi-level acupuncture researches were carried out. The mechanism of therapeutic action of acupuncture was explored multidisciplinarily. A series of new achievements and techniques in natural science were used by acupuncture science, which greatly raised the level of acupuncture treatment and increased the knowledge of the mechanism of acupuncture action and the knowledge of meridians and acupoints. It is shown that science and technology promoted the leap-forward development of acupuncture but meanwhile, modern science and technology made a multi-aspect impact on conventional acupuncture. How to maintain the tradition and innovative development is another option that confronts us.
