摘要
通过分析《内经》及其以后历代医家和当代有关透天凉针刺手法的著作,研究其起源、操作方法。认为其操作方法为:针刺分三层,从地部逐渐退至天部,在每层施以六阴之数,重提轻插,一进三退,同时配合徐疾、呼吸、开阖补泻等单式手法。使患者感觉针下产生凉感甚至凉感循经传至病所为起效标准。
The origin and method of heaven-penetrating cooling manipulation are studied by analyzing ＂Internal Classic＂ and following past dynasties doctors＇ and contemporary works on this manipulation. The method of manipulation is considered that acupuncture is performed at three levels; the needle is gradually withdrawn from the earth part to the heaven part. The number of six-yin is given at every level. Heavy lifting and light thrusting with one forward and three backward are helped by simultaneous slow-rapid, respiratory and open-closed reinforcing and reducing methods as single-style manipulations. The criterion for producing the effect is that the patient feels a cooling sensation under the needle or even the sensation travelling along the meridian to the diseased part.
