摘要
目的观察穴位埋线配合耳穴贴压治疗功能性便秘的临床疗效。方法将72例功能性便秘患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组36例。治疗组采用穴位埋线配合耳穴贴压治疗,对照组采用常规针刺配合耳穴贴压治疗,比较两组患者临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为94.4%,对照组为63.9%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论穴位埋线配合耳穴贴压是一种治疗功能性便秘的有效方法。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupoint thread-embedding and auricular point StlCKlng in treaung functional constipation. Method Seventy-two patients with functional constipation were randomized into a treatment group and a control group, 36 in each. The treatment group was intervened by acupoint thread-embedding plus auricular point sticking therapy, while the control was by ordinary acupuncture plus auricular point sticking, and they were then compared with each other in clinical efficacy. Result The total effective rate was 94.4% in the treatment group versus 63.9% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Integrative use of acupoint thread-embedding and auricular point sticking is an effective approach in treating functional constipation. [
