摘要
目的:观察通乐颗粒治疗慢性功能性便秘(chronic functional constipation,CFC)阴虚肠燥证的疗效及对血清超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)和胃动素(motilin,MTL)的影响。方法:114例功能性便秘阴虚肠燥证患者按数字表随机分为治疗组57例和对照组57例。对照组参照《中国慢性便秘诊治指南》制定标准给予治疗;治疗组内服通乐颗粒每次12 g,2次·d-1;所有患者均给予4周治疗。比较两组中医临床症状评分和主要临床症状评分;检测两组血清SOD和MTL水平。结果:治疗组治疗后中医临床症状积分均显著低于对照组(P<0.01);治疗组临床有效率为98.25%,对照组有效率为82.46%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后主要症状评分均低于同期对照组(P<0.01);治疗组治疗后SOD和MTL水平均明显高于对照组,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:通乐颗粒治疗CFC阴虚肠燥证可明显改善临床症状,提高临床疗效,升高血清SOD和MTL。
Objective:To discuss the curative efficacy of Tongle particles in treating chronic functional constipation with Yin deficiency intestine dryness syndrome,and its influences on serum levels of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and motilin(MTL). Methods:114 CFC patients with syndrome of intestine dryness due to Yin deficiency were randomly divided into control group(57 cases)and treatment group(57 cases)according to random number table. Patients of control group were treated according to Guideline of Diagnosis and Treatment of Chronic Constipation in China. The treatment group was given with Tongle particles by oral(12 g per time,bid). Courses of treatment were for 4 weeks for both groups. Scores of Chinese medicine and main clinical symptoms were compared between both groups. Serum levels of SOD and MTL were detected in two groups. Results:The total clinical efficacy of treatment group was 98. 25% , which was superior to control group of 82. 46% ,and the difference was statistical significant(P ﹤ 0. 05). Scores of Chinese medicine clinical symptoms in the treatment group were obviously lower than control group after treatment(P ﹤ 0. 01). Scores of main clinical symptoms in the treatment group were evidently lower than control group in the same period after treatment(P ﹤ 0. 01). After treatment, serum levels of SOD and MTL in the treatment group were higher than that of control group with statistical differences(P ﹤ 0. 01). Con-clusion:Tongle particles in treating syndrome of intestine dryness due to Yin deficiency of CFC can evidently improve clinic symptoms and efficacy,reduce serum levels of SOD and MTL.
