摘要
自2008年智慧城市理念提出以来,全球有关智慧城市的发展已从概念和模型阶段全面进入规划和建设阶段,部分领先智慧城市已进入运行阶段。在智慧城市建设的推进中,已呈现出不同的发展取向和建设路径,掌握其动态有助于推动中国落实智慧城市目标。
The global practices on smart city have made significant progresses up from concep- tive and modeling stage to the stage of planning and smart infrastructure construction. Some leading cities even make their way to the early operating stage. In those smart city practices, different devel- opment goals as well as approaches can be observed, which represents the dynamics of this new city growth model.
