摘要
随着老龄化浪潮的来临,老年人住房问题成为影响老年身心健康和社会和谐的重大社会问题。本文分析了影响老年人住房状况的主要因素,介绍了其他国家和地区老年住房政策的创新举措,讨论了中国老年住房政策存在的缺陷。提出若干改善中国城市老年住房状况的政策建议。
With the oncoming of the tide of aging, housing for the elderly has become a social problem that has great impact on the elders＇ physical and mental health as well as social harmony. The paper analyses the major factors that influence the elders＇ housing condition, introduces the innovative measures taken in some countries and regions, and reviewed the defects of China＇s current housing policies. Some suggestions are put forward for the improvement of China＇s urban housing policies for the elders.
