摘要
建立了以3,5-二甲苯酚为显色剂测定市售蜂蜜中果胶含量的方法。研究表明,其最大吸收波长为450 nm,浓硫酸含量为70%左右,显色时间为20 min,NaCl用量为0.3 mL,且显色剂用量为0.3 mL。用于测定市售蜂蜜中果胶含量的相对标准偏差为1.44%,较适合进行蜂蜜中果胶含量的分析。
Abstract :A new method for determination of pectin content in sold honey was established by 3,5-dimeth- ylphenol being chromogenic reagent in the paper. The research showed that the maximum absorption wave- length was 450 nrn, concentrated sulfuric acid content was about 70% , color time was 20 min,the dosage of NaCl was 0.3 mL, and color agent was 0.3 mL. For the determination of the relative standard deviation of the pectin content in commercially available honey 1. 44% and it was suitably used for analysis of the pectin content in honey.
