摘要
原油采出液的脱水处理是油田开发中的重要内容之一,根据采出液特性、含水情况而采取不同的工艺技术。国内外原油采出液脱水的方法:沉降分离法、化学破乳法、电脱水法、过滤法、微波辐射法、超声波法、生物法等,其基本原理是利用油水密度差,使小油滴或水滴快速聚集,形成较大的油水密度差;同时对原油采出液脱水尤其是三次采油的含聚采出液的处理技术发展进行了展望。
Abstract : Produced liquid of crude oil dehydration process is one of the important contents for oilfield de- velopment, the method is based on different produced fluid characteristics and aquifer situations, then take different technologies. The principle of dehydration was introduced in the article, it summarized the main methods on crude dewatering at home and abroad, such as settlement separation method, chemical demul- sification method, electric dewatering method, filtering method, microwave heating method, ultrasonic method ,biological method and so on, the fundamental principle is take advantage of oil-water density difference,make small oil drops or water drops quickly gathered, then form a larger oil-water density difference. And it researched the prospects on processing technology development for polymer-bearing pro- duced liquid dehydration especially for EOR' s polymer-bearing produced liquid dehydration.
