摘要
通过对中国石化炼油企业电脱盐设施运行情况的调查和分析,阐述了原油电脱盐当前存在的主要问题,并针对破乳剂的选择和电脱盐温度、破乳剂及洗涤水的注入量和混合强度等工艺参数的优化提出了相应的对策。
The main problems currently existed were summarized based on the thorough investigation and analysis of the operations of the crude systems in SINOPEC refineries. The counter measures such as selection of demulsifier, and optimization of the process parameters including desalting temperature, injection amounts of demulsifier and washing water and mixing intension, etc. , were proposed.
