摘要
目的:探讨婴儿智护训练指导对提高家长早期教育依从性的意义及智护训练对促进婴儿生长发育、神经心理发育的效果。方法:选择足月健康婴儿300名,在42天及3个月复诊时建议家长参加婴儿智护训练培训。参加培训的150名设为干预组,不参加培训的150名设为对照组,两组6个月时进行早期教育依从性比较及生长发育、神经心理发育比较。结果:干预组早期教育依从性较对照组明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);生长发育两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);神经心理发育两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:婴儿智护训练对提高早期教育依从性有积极作用,婴儿智护训练对婴儿神经心理发育起到积极影响。
Objective:To explore the significance of infantile intellectual training in improving compliance of early education and the effect of infantile intellectual training on growth and development,neuropsychological development of infants.Methods:Three hundred full-term infants were selected,the parents were advised to participate in infantile intellectual training at 42 days and 3 months,then 150 participants were designed as intervention group,while 150 nonparticipants were designed as control group;the compliances of early education,growth and development,neuropsychological development in the two groups were compared at six months.Results:The compliance of early education in intervention group was statistically significantly higher than that in control group(P0.05);there was no statistically significant difference in growth and development between the two groups(P0.05);while there was statistically significant difference in neuropsychological development between the two groups(P0.05).Conclusion:infantile intellectual training plays an active role in improving compliance of early education,which has active impact on neuropsychological development of infants.
