摘要 乳类在6月龄后的婴幼儿已逐渐不能满足其能量和营养的需要,即需要一食物转换期提供部分能量和营养。食物转换期其他食物的引入不仅提供婴幼儿生长发育所需的能量和营养素,还可锻炼婴幼儿的咀嚼能力以及促进正常嗅觉、味觉的发育,为过渡到固体膳食做准备。其他食物引入的时间、能量和营养、性状、喂养行为因素等会影响儿童生长发育。及时、充足、安全、适宜的食物引入是婴幼儿生长发育的重要保证。
