Hβ分子筛催化合成2-乙基蒽醌的气相色谱分析 被引量:1

GC ANALYSIS OF PRODUCTS IN 2-ETHYLANTHRAQUINONE SYNTHESIS CATALYZED BY Hβ ZEOLITE

摘要 建立了Hβ分子筛催化邻苯二甲酸酐和乙苯一步法合成2-乙基蒽醌的气相色谱分析方法。选择EquityTM-1毛细管柱(30m×0.25mm×0.25μm)和氢火焰离子化检测器,以萘为内标物,采用内标标准曲线法对反应液中的邻苯二甲酸酐和2-乙基蒽醌进行定量分析。实验结果表明,该分析方法在实验浓度范围内线性关系良好,对邻苯二甲酸酐、2-乙基蒽醌的线性相关系数分别为0.998 32和0.999 72,回收率分别为98.80%~102.67%和98.37%~101.94%,相对标准偏差分别为0.87%~2.08%和0.67%~1.76%。该方法具有简单、快速、准确度高、重现性好的特点。 A gas chromatography analysis method was established to determine the products in one- step synthesis of 2-ethylanthraquinone from phthalic anhydride and ethylbenzene catalyzed by Hβ zeo- lite. Using Equity^TM-1 capillary column (30m×0.25mm×0.25μm) and hydrogen flame ioniza- tion detector, the quantitative analysis was conducted by internal standard curve method with naph- thalene as internal standard. The results showed that good linearities were obtained in the experimen- tal concentration range for the method. For phthalic anhydride, the correlation coefficient, the recov- eries and the relative standard deviation were 0. 998 32, 98.80%- 102.67% and 0.87%- 2.08%, re- spectively, and for 2-ethylanthraquinone, that were 0. 999 72, 98. 37%- 101. 94% and 0. 67%-1.76%, respectively. This method is simple, rapid, accurate and reproducible.
