摘要
对傅氏法合成2-乙基蒽醌的反应条件进行了探讨。采用M试剂提纯和乙醇萃取蒸馏法精制技术,不仅明显地降低了闭环过程发烟硫酸的用量和废酸产量,而且产品质量和反应收率显著提高。
Sythetic conditions of 2-ethylanthraquinone by Friedel-Crafts method were discussed. The results showed that the use of ethanol-sodium hyposulfite reagents in purification and extractive distillation not only reduced the sulfuric acid consumption and the amount of waste acid, but also improved the yield and quality of the product.
