原发性干燥综合征肺部受累临床特点分析 被引量：2

摘要 干燥综合征（Sjogren’Ssyndrome，SS）是一种常见的弥漫性结缔组织病，以外分泌腺上皮细胞高度淋巴细胞浸润为特征，女性多发。临床上主要表现为干燥性的角、结膜炎，口腔干燥症，同时还可累及其他重要脏器、系统，如肺脏、肾脏、血液、消化、神经系统等。在不伴发其他相关的系统性自身免疫病时，称为原发性干燥综合征（primarySjogren’Ssyndrome，PSS），其肺部病变发生率为9％～90％。本文总结107例PSS肺部受累的临床病例，报道如下。
