雌、孕激素受体与p16蛋白在子宫肉瘤中的表达 被引量：1

摘要 子宫肉瘤（US）是一种较少见的恶性程度很高的女性生殖器肿瘤，为中胚叶肉瘤，可来源于子宫肌肉、结缔组织、血管和上皮，具有丰富的组织学形态和生物学行为，美国妇癌协会2003将子宫肉瘤的病理类型分为三种：子宫平滑肌肉瘤（ULMS）、子宫内膜间质肉瘤（ESS）、恶性苗勒管混合肉瘤（MMT）即癌肉瘤。本研究的目的拟通过免疫组化方法检测ER、PR与p16蛋白在子宫肉瘤中的表达，旨在探讨它们在US发生发展过程中蛋白表达的意义，以了解US的发病机制并为其早期诊断和治疗提供线索。
