摘要
中日韩FTA谈判已经启动,虽然非经济因素的影响非常大,但归根结底还是取决于经济因素。与欧盟和北美自贸区相比,中日韩对外部的市场依赖、资源依赖和金融依赖还比较深,这导致中日韩FTA的机会成本较大。为加快谈判进程,中日韩应不断扩大相互贸易和投资规模,尽早进行金融和节能技术合作,并与周边国家加强资源合作。
FTA negotiation among China, Japan and South Korea has been announced, and the negotia- tions in the future will encounter many obstacles. While the effect of non-economic factors is serious, in the fi- nal analysis it depends on economic factors. Compare to the EU and NAFTA, China, Japan and Korea rely deep- ly on external market, resource and finance. These lead to big opportunity costs of FTA. In order to pick up ne- gotiation, we should expand the scale of trade and investment incessantly, start up financial and energy conserva- tion technology cooperation earlier, and strengthen the resource cooperation with other neighbor countries.
