摘要
在自动测试系统中,测试软件平台必须包含足够的信息来确定给定的测试系统能否运行指定的测试,这就需要对测试需求、仪器能力以及测试系统结构进行精准描述。文中研究了ATML中对能力的标准描述方法,包括仪器能力、ATS能力以及测试需求能力,并给出了具体实例详细说明描述的步骤。
In automatic test system, enough information must be contained in test software platform to make sure whether some test system can execute a preset test. This requires exact description of test requirements ,capabilities of instruments and the structure of test system. The method of description of capabilities in ATML is presented in this paper, including capabilities of instruments, capabilities of ATS and capabilities of test requirements, and several examples are taken for specific illumination of description.
