摘要
以2a生红花寿星桃叶片为试材,研究了河沙∶泥炭∶腐叶土=1∶1∶1(处理Ⅰ)、珍珠岩∶泥炭∶腐叶土=1∶1∶1(处理Ⅱ)、蛭石∶泥炭∶腐叶土1∶1∶1(处理Ⅲ)、泥炭∶腐叶土=2∶1(对照)不同基质配比对其叶绿素含量、蛋白质含量及可溶性糖含量的影响。结果表明:不同季节不同基质处理下叶片总叶绿素含量大小为:春季:处理Ⅰ>对照>处理Ⅲ>处理Ⅱ。夏季:处理Ⅲ>处理Ⅰ>对照>处理Ⅱ。秋季:对照>处理Ⅱ>处理Ⅲ>处理Ⅰ。不同季节不同基质处理下叶片可溶性糖含量大小为:春季:对照>处理Ⅲ>处理Ⅱ>处理Ⅰ。夏季:处理Ⅱ>处理Ⅰ>对照>处理Ⅲ。秋季:对照>处理Ⅱ>处理Ⅲ>处理Ⅰ。不同季节不同基质处理下叶片蛋白质含量大小为:春季:处理Ⅱ>对照>处理Ⅰ>处理Ⅲ。夏季:处理Ⅲ>处理Ⅱ>对照>处理Ⅰ。秋季:对照>处理Ⅲ>处理Ⅱ>处理Ⅰ。
Using the leaves of 2-year-old Amygdalus persica L. var. densa Makino as test materials, the contents of chlorophyll,protein,and soluble sugar that effected by sand : leaf mould : peat= 1 : 1 : 1 (treatment Ⅰ);perlite : leaf mould : peat=1 : 1 : 1(treatment Ⅱ);vermJculite : leaf mould : peat=1 : I : 1(treatment Ⅲ) peat : leaf mould=2 : 1 (CK) four different substrate compositions were studied.
