摘要
本文应用分光光度法研究了 3种提取溶剂对测定植物叶片叶绿素含量的影响 ,结果表明 ,用不同提取溶剂提取叶绿素 ,提取液吸收光谱相似。其中丙酮 -乙醇提取法速度快 ,叶绿素得率高、稳定性好 ,精密度高 ,并提出了一种快速测定叶绿素含量的方法。
Effect of three extracting solvents on the determination of chlorophyll contents of leaves was studied by spectrophotometric method. The results show that chlorophyll absorption spectrums are similar in different extracting solvents. Mixed acetone and ethanol as extracting solvent of chlorophyll has the peculiarity of a quick extract speed, high extract efficiency, good stability and determination accuracy. And a method of rapid determination of chlorophyll content is proposed.
